JANUARY 13, 2008: As manager of the Laurel Mountain Online Newsletter, I apologize for the lack of posts since Christmas. Some unwanted “bug” claimed my body early Christmas day, and just as I was recuperating, we had to make a trip January 3 trip to Buffalo for my nephew’s funeral. At least, my son and his wife and sons visited the couple of days before Christmas, leaving after church on Christmas eve. The “bug” still remains, but we are returned and I hope to be back posting on line on a regular basis starting January 15. I hope your holidays were better than mine! —Hopefully I will get the latest pictures posted and be walking the roads in the boro soon! If you have any news or comments, please call me or E-mail them to firstname.lastname@example.org…for now, I hear former resident Peg has a new housemate—a cat!
