DECEMBER 28, 2007: LMB learned of the Christmas Day death of resident Elizabeth Frye. For more details click on the Vital Statistics category.—About fourteen boro residents enjoyed a double open house hosted by Beth and Fred and Sue and Ben. The food was delicious (eg. Slices of beef wrapped around goat cheese, stuffed mushrooms and a cake made by Beth’s mother). Those attending found it was a good opportunity to get to know their neighbors better.—The third scheduled spot at George and Cindy’s was cancelled due to George being ill. We hope his health improves soon.
